Description: Windstream has repaired the broken fiber and all VOIP and Centrex phones are functioning normally.

IT Service Alert - Outage Update

Description: Windstream Technicians are still working on the issue with the VOIP and some Centrex Telephones. They have identified a break in their fiber optic cable and will continue to work throughout the night to get it repaired.
Impact: VOIP and some Centrex Telephone are out of service.
Timeframe to Resolve: NA
Next Update: When resolved

Description: Windstream is having issues with our phone service. This is affecting any Voice Over IP and some of the older Copper Centrex phones. Windstream has technicians in route.
Impact: Loss of VOIP and some Centrex Phones.
