Kaltura Support reports that maintenance last night was successful and achieved the desired outcome. Currently, their teams are continuing to work to resolve the following issues:
Current Status:
- Transcoding and Upload delays -- rate of processing is improved, however, still load in the queue. Kaltura is closely monitoring and expect the queue to clear in the next 24 hours.
- REACH captions -- temporary delays that will be cleared shortly
Kaltura will be making additional optimizations in performance over the coming days and will keep this section updated.
