Our Backup Power Generator for our datacenter had a unexpected outage this morning at approximately 10:38am. When this happened we lost all power to our datacenter. We have switched back to Conway Corporation power in order to get services restored. At this time, most services have been restored. We are still working on getting the remainder of services restored. A followup communication will be sent out once all services are restored.
The power service that was previously scheduled for tomorrow has been postponed to a later date. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
