Between 9:45pm and 11:30pm on Nov 19, Respondus LockDown Browser experienced AWS server connection errors. During this time, students were unable to take exams using the Respondus LockDown Browser and Monitor. Respondus has reported that this was an issue in a specific data center, and they will provide more details after fully investigating the issue.
