macOS Big SurNovember 17, 2020 at 9:04 AMDear Campus Community,
Apple recently released macOS Big Sur. IT asks that you NOT update to the latest version of the macOS until we have had a chance to verify that all our required software operates properly on the new OS, we plan to have this process done by January 2021. Apple has had some reports that the new OS will render the computer inoperable. Thank you for your patience, if you have any questions please contact the helpdesk at 501-450-3107 or ithelpdesk@uca.edu.
Thank You,
