We in IT realize that for those who have been using Kaltura for videos, the tool has been underperforming for the past couple of weeks. In speaking with leaders at Kaltura, we are confident that they realize the scope and severity of the disruptions that have occured and are working around the clock to fix the issues that remain.
If you have any videos that are still showing the message the "Media is being processed," please submit a ticket to TDX at http://uca.edu/go/itsupport/ with the title(s) of your video(s), and we will get tickets into Kaltura support for expedited processing. Submitting a ticket will enable us to alert Kaltura that the video(s) need to be reprocessed.
Please report any other Kaltura issues you are experiencing in a ticket as well.
