Devices that cannot use Responuds LockDown BrowserApril 02, 2020 at 4:10 PMDear Campus Community,
The Respondus LockDown Browser will not work on Chromebooks or Windows 10 machines in S mode. At this time these are the only two devices we are aware of that will not allow students to install the Respondus LockDown Browser to the device.
If you need to release an exam without the Respondus LockDown Browser, you may do so using Adaptive Release. For more information on how to set Adaptive Release please visit the following Blackboard help site
https://help.blackboard.com/Learn/Instructor/Course_Content/Release_Content/Rules_for_Releasing_Content
If you have any questions, please email desupport@uca.edu or submit a ticket at http://uca.edu/go/itsupport/.
Thank You,
