IT Service Alert - Outage Update

Initial Time of Issue: 8:00am
Description: UCA remote access is not allowing new connections
Impact: New connections to VPN are intermittent at this time. Existing connections seem to be stable. This is NOT impacting the ability to access applications through my.uca.edu or hosted solutions like Blackboard, StarRez, Kaltura, etc. We are still investigating.

Next Update: 2:00pm or when resolved
