Dear Campus Community,

Over the break, our Blackboard Learn managed hosted environment was migrated to the Blackboard Learn SaaS environment, there should be no visible changes due to this migration. The move does mean that we will have the most updated version of Blackboard available to date. This also means that we will have maintenance and upgrades based on the schedules of Amazon Web Services and Blackboard. As of now, we know that AWS will do a weekly maintenance every Tuesday from 2:00-2:30 a.m. It is possible during these maintenance windows that Blackboard will be unavailable, so please plan accordingly.

Please keep an eye out for more information on the Blackboard software specific upgrades. These upgrades will happen monthly, but will not always occur on the same day each month. The next upgrade for software is scheduled for the first week of February. More information will be sent closer to the upgrade window.
