UCA Wireless and Secure Wireless Issues Noted

Dear Campus Community,

UCA IT is aware that some students are experiencing connection issues related to UCA Wireless through their personal devices and some UCA Faculty and Staff are having issues connecting to UCA Secure Wireless through their UCA-owned laptops. Not every user is having this connection problem.

If you are unable to connect to UCA Wireless (students) or UCA Secure Wireless (Faculty and Staff), please call the IT Help Desk at 501.450.3107. A ticket will be opened for you.
There is no current time estimate for this connection issue to be resolved but it is being actively worked by UCA IT.
