UCA IT has been advised that there is an issue with the Call Forwarding function on your VOIP phone. If your call forwarding function was set up before this past Friday, it will continue to work as long as you make no changes to it. The current issue impacts the ability to modify the existing number or add a new call forwarding number.
Our provider, Mitel, is working on the issue but there is no time estimate to resolve it. We will update you as we receive new information.
