Dear Faculty,

We are actively monitoring an issue with Blackboard. They are reporting global DNS issues. We are seeing tickets coming into the helpdesk where students are having connectivity problems to Bblearn.uca.edu. Users on our network and Conway Corp appear to be working. We do know that Windstream and Verizon ISP users are impacted. UCA IT is providing a work around, but it doesn't work for respondus assignments.

Update - Service to the majority of sites has been restored. Our Engineers are actively engaging with vendors on the Permanent fix and ensuring the continuity of our services without any Interruptions. Please contact client support if you are still seeing any issues.
