***Reminder***

Tonight (4/20/23) beginning at 7 p.m. and lasting until 4/21/23 at 2 a.m., Windstream will be upgrading their backend VOIP systems. Interruption of UCA's VOIP service is not anticipated, but service impact is possible at varying times throughout the maintenance window.

After the maintenance is complete, if your office phone is locked, you should be able to log in. If the phone screen is blank, unplug the ethernet cable in the bottom of the phone and plug it back in. This will cause the phone to reboot. If you are still having a problem please notify the help desk
