Dear Campus Community,

UCA IT will be performing maintenance December 19-20, 2022, and then again on January 3, 2023.
Below are the details:

Monday, December 19, 2022 (9:00am-11:00am)
Power Supply Addition (Snow Fine Arts) - beginning at 9am through 11am, a power supply will be added to the IT infrastructure within the Snow Fine Arts building. No impact is expected

Tuesday, December 20, 2022 (4:30pm – 8:30pm)
Internet Router Relocation – beginning at 4:30pm through 8:30pm, an internet router relocation from the main data center to our redundant data center will be completed. No interruption of internet service is expected but could be possible.

Tuesday, January 3, 2023 (3:00pm - 7:00pm)
Testing of Firewalls - beginning at 3:00pm through 7:00pm, tests will be performed on the firewall performance. No interruption of service is expected.
