Dear Campus Community,

Over the next several weeks, UCA IT will be performing maintenance on infrastructure within our main data center. Below is a list of the first of these maintenance windows:

Friday, November 4, 2022 (5pm-7pm)
Internet Router Maintenance – no interruption of internet service is expected but could be possible. (One of three router maintenances)

Friday, November 11, 2022 (5pm-7pm)
Internet Router Maintenance – no interruption of internet service is expected but could be possible. (Two of three router maintenances)

Sunday, November 13, 2022 (12am – 5pm)
• Internet Router Maintenance – beginning at 7am through 5pm, internet router maintenance will be completed. No interruption of internet service is expected but could be possible. (Three of three router maintenances)

• Banner Maintenance - Banner will be unavailable while maintenance is being performed during this change window. (12am-5pm)

o Systems unavailable during the Banner maintenance period include:
- All Banner Self-Service applications (typically accessed via myUCA)
- AppWorx Job Scheduling
- Argos Reporting
- Banner Admin Pages
- IntelleCheck
- Degree Works

o Systems adversely affected during the maintenance period include:
- CashNet (online payments will still be accepted, but will not post to Banner until the downtime is complete)

All other systems, including Gmail and Blackboard, are unaffected by this maintenance.
