VOIP Issues

Dear Campus Community,

Due to weekend maintenance some VoIP phones are either locked or blank. If the phone is locked, you should be able to log in. If the phone screen is blank, unplug the ethernet cable in the bottom of the phone and plug it back in. This will cause the phone to reboot. If you are still having a problem please notify the help desk.
