Our VOIP partner, Windstream, has failed their service to a secondary data center due to an outage at their primary data center. Most of the UCA phones should now be operational. Some phones and other services may still be impacted such as voicemail, ACD groups, and call directors. (These other services do not function in the secondary data center.)
We are working with Windstream to get an update for when they expect to be back in the primary data center and all of our services are restored. When we get that update, we will pass it along here.
