Outbound email latency issueFebruary 10, 2022 at 4:00 PMDear Campus Community,
******************* Issue Resolved *********************
We have reviewed the queues and all emails should have been delivered.
We have been made aware of and are investigating an issue with outbound email latency. One of our 3rd party scanning providers for outbound email traffic is reporting an issue. At this time we do not believe any outbound email has been lost, just queued for delivery. As of 12:00pm we have disabled routing through this vendor. External email now should flow without issue. Email sent out before 12:00pm is still being queued and should flow once the vendor issue is completely resolved. IT will send out an additional communication once everything is resolved and back to normal operation.
If you have any questions, please contact the IT Helpdesk at 501.450.3107, itsupport@uca.edu, or https://uca.edu/go/itsupport/.
Thank You,
