IT Service Alert - Outage Notification

Initial Time of Issue: 8:00am
Description: VoIP phone system - majority of the VoIP phones are experiencing no dial tone. You can manually reset the phone by unplugging the network cable and plug it back in. We are working with Windstream to resolve the overall issue.
Impact: Phones have no dial tone, can not make or receive calls
Timeframe to Resolve: Unknown - currently investigating
