Firefox has recently pushed out versions 96 and 96.0.1 that has disabled the ability to access Kaltura My Media or play Kaltura videos in these versions of the browser. Kaltura plans to push a hotfix out on 1/23/22 to remedy this issue. The workaround is to use another browser, i.e., Chrome, Safari, or Edge.
Students on Windows machines that need to attend Zoom sessions through Blackboard will also need to use a different browser. We have communicated the issue to Zoom, but there is no fix planned at this time. We will update you when we know more.
