Dear Campus Community,

We are getting reports of users trying to take exams with Respondus Monitor who are receiving an AWS error. Amazon Web Services appears to be experiencing an outage that involves many of its services.

Respondus has posted on their support site https://support.respondus.com/support/ Exams that only use Respondus LockDown Browser are working fine with Windows and Mac browsers.

We will continue to monitor the Respondus support page and update the campus when we hear of a resolution.
