Windstream has been experiencing issues with our VoIP phones and will require a system restart at 4:00am tomorrow morning, Wednesday July 14th. There will be some phones that will display "locked" after the restart. To unlock your phone, you will press the Hotdesk button, then enter your 5 digit extension, then enter your PIN.
