VoIP Issue Resolved

Dear Campus Community,

The VoIP issue that we had this morning has been resolved however you will need to unlock your device. Below are the instructions to unlock your device.


1. At the bottom left hand side of your screen you will need to push the button for “Hot Desk”.

2. It will ask for your Extension number. This number is at the top left hand side of your screen (you will only type the numbers and leave out the “#” sign). Press “Enter” and it will take you to the next step.

3. Now it will ask you to enter your PIN number. The default PIN for everyone is 1111 unless you have set up your voicemail and changed the PIN number. Once the PIN is entered, press “Enter”.

4. You will now be successfully logged in to your phone.

If you have forgotten your pin please call the helpdesk to get your pin reset.
